IMPORTANT! Be advised that we will ship Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail only with Delivery Confirmation. Every attempt has been made to make sure the shipping calculator used is as accurate as possible. The shipping tables are downloaded from USPS (www.usps.com) and dozens of rate checks have been made to ensure the accuracy of these calculations. As these shipping rates and tables originate from USPS, we cannot guarantee or be held accountable for errors in shipping rates.

In this day and age, rules and regulations pertaining to importing/exporting of goods are constantly changing on a daily basis in countries throughout the world. Unfortunately, in addition to all these changes, we have seen an increase in fraudulent activities and scams on the internet involving international shipments. The combination of these two activities has forced us to implement the following policies and procedures on all International shipments.

International Payment Methods: Acceptable forms of payment for international shipments include: International Money Orders or Cashier's Check drew in US Funds through a US Bank and made payable to "TARAS TECHNIQUES, LLC." We do accept most major credit cards for orders derived over the internet through our online e-commerce store, pending your country are listed during check-out.
Upon receipt of an approved payment method, the order may be delayed for up to 10 U.S. business days pending guarantee of payment.
We apologize but we can NOT accept foreign money orders or checks drawn on any non-US bank. Please inquire at your local bank how you can obtain an International Money Order, or Cashier's check "drawn in US Funds through a US Bank," If you have any questions regarding payment for international orders please email orders@tarastechniques.com.
International Shipments: Our preferred method of shipment is via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise instructed. You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using UPS shipping rates. For your convenience, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. You will need to allow up to 24 hours for the information to update before tracking information is visible. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).
International Shipping Restrictions: 1) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
2) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country as the laws and restrictions vary in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products into their country. A 50% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."
3) If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned for any reason.
4) The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Shipping charges alone are frequently 25% to 50% of the total cost of the products. An exact amount can be obtained by emailing orders@tarastechniques.com or call 1+703-636-4123.

Privacy & Security
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server collects general information that does not identify a specific visitor or a visitor's e-mail address. Only the host name or IP address (a unique number that is assigned to your computer every time you connect to the Internet) from which the site was accessed are identified. We use this information to calculate the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful to future visitors.
Postal Mailings and E-mail Mailings. If you supply us with your postal address and/or email address on-line, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.

Returns & Replacements
You may return it by mail for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if you include your original receipt. If you purchased a product as part of a gift or kit, the entire gift or kit must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping and handling, and restocking fees are not reimbursable.  Restocking fees are 35% of total product and an additional 15% for organic waste.

Ordering
Listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally to APO and FPO addresses. For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit cards: Use your Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or Discover card. Other payment methods: PayPal and Google Checkout.
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.

Taxes Sales tax of 5% will be charged to items shipped to the state of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Viewing Orders
Shopping Bag Not ready to purchase ? Your wish list items will be saved in the bag upon your return to our eStore as long as the computer is the same one used with your visit. The shopping bag remains visible the whole time you browse. Please note we can not guarantee inventory availability via the Shopping Bag. However, if you would like to 'reserve' an item(s), contact us and a hold will be placed for five (5) days, including weekends and holidays. We will issue a 'friendly reminder' call or email on the last day but on day six (6) your reserve will be cancelled and merchandise returned to restock.

Updating Account Information
Updating Account Information To update your account information, click on the "My Account" link located at the top of each page on www.tarastechniques.com/TarasBoutique. Then you will see options to modify your name, password, communications preferences, address book, and credit card information.
Forgotten Password If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Sign In or Account pages. We'll ask for the original email address that you used to create your account and a new password will be sent to you .
