Introduction these terms apply when you use our online ordering service to purchase products. Before proceeding to place an order, we ask that you read these terms carefully - they contain useful advice on how to use our online ordering service. If you do not agree to these terms, then you must not use our ordering service. Do not tick the check box on the Order Form accepting terms and conditions, and do not proceed further with the order process. If you do agree to these terms, please read this page and then check the box at the foot of the Order Form. You will then be able to place an order with us subject to these terms. Terms Payment must be debit, credit or charge card as specified by you in the order form. On entry of your name, address and product details, you will be taken to a secure credit card entry page.
We offer all customers a one calendar month money back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the product or products you buy from us, let us know by post or email within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund on return of the product or products, less shipping and handling charge, and restocking (35%) and organic waste fee (15%) with no questions asked. We regret that we cannot accept oral cancellations unless these are confirmed by post or email.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not take responsibility for any event which is outside our reasonable control nor for any consequential loss arising from such an event. Please be aware that to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability in respect of this website, your use of it or our on-line ordering service. We promise to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 in respect of any personal data you supply to us under the contract between us. We also promise to comply with our own privacy policy, which you can read by reviewing the policy policy at checkout.
Children
Due to the nature of our business, our web site is not designed to appeal to children under the age of 18. TARAS TECHNIQUES, LLC does not knowingly solicit any information from children nor do we knowingly market or otherwise target our web sites or its products or services to children. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to use or register on our web site. We regret that we cannot accept orders from those under 18.
No third party may rely on any term of the contract between us under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These terms and the contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the United States and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Courts. If you agree to be bound by the above terms, please click the check box at the foot of the order form and proceed with your order. If you do not agree, do not check this box. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
